CineOvO são encontros onde a imagem animada surge como mote para debate e conversas animadas. Os temas abrangem a gravidez, parto e pós-parto, uma espécie de matiné dançante onde exploramos temas em torno da maternidade.

Este mês trago um documentário de uma das minhas cantoras favoritas, Camille.

Após o documentário faremos alguns exercícios de voz e movimento, com inspiração no canto pré-natal. Falaremos na importância da voz e da sua ligação ao canal de parto. Aquecemos o interior, para expandir e ganhar espaço… para o que aí vem 😉
